• Install the game - Full Installation.
• Apply the official MechWarrior v1.5 [FRENCH] Patch.
• Use unSafeDisk v1.5.5 to decrypt the MW4.ICD file to get the real MW4.EXE executable:
  • Create the following temporary directory:
    • TempDir :  C:\TEMP\EXE
  • Extract the Patch Archive to the TempDir.
  • Copy the MW4.EXE, MW4.ICD & DPLAYERX.DLL files from the original CD to the TempDir.
  • Execute UNSAFEDISC.EXE (from TempDir), press the Decrypte Game button and select <TempDir>\MW4.ICD.
  • When ready quit unSafeDisc and rename the created TESTME.EXE executable to:  MW4.EXE
• Copy the new MW4.EXE file to the game directory - overwriting the existing one!
• Extract the MW4_1.5_FR_NOCD.EXE Patch from the archive to the game directory.
• Execute the Patch to remove the CD-Check from:  MW4.EXE
• Play the Game!

MechWarrior 4: Vengeance Patch#1/ENGLISH [13 KB] NoCD Patch

• Install the game - Full Installation.
• Apply the official MechWarrior Patch#1.
• Use unSafeDisk v1.5.5 to decrypt the MW4.ICD file to get the real MW4.EXE executable:
  • Create the following temporary directory:
    • TempDir :  C:\TEMP\EXE
  • Extract the Patch Archive to the TempDir.
